If you're like many students struggling to pass their organic chemistry requirement, Khan academy and some random Indian man on YouTube may be the only reason you graduate. Although we were all told as kids that science has nothing to do with art, o-chem throws us all for a loop by bringing in those dang hexagons. If you were confused by standard chemical reactions before– balancing the moles and carrying over elections –imagine how much more complicated things get when you throw in some random hexagonal art projects too! So if you were considering being an organic chemist, you may start to rethink things in that 101 class. If you're one of those 3D spatial geniuses that really loves to draw 6-sided polygons, you're in luck. Maybe someday you'll be as smart as your 11 year old teacher who just so happens to be an adorable genius in a foreign country who just gets organic chemistry.
